6 VIP Program and Cashback

kup9's VIP program has five tiers, and it is possible to advance to higher tiers through regular play. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier.

VIP tier progression depends on active gaming activity. kup9 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits and members will be notified in due course.

7 Gaming Rules and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kup9 platform:

• Fraud and Manipulation: Any attempt to influence game outcomes, or using software for automated betting or gameplay.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to defraud the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to process funds obtained through illegal means.

• Exploitation: Taking advantage of technical glitches on the platform.

If any such activity is detected, kup9 may immediately suspend or close the account and forfeit all balances and winnings. Law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.
